Effective immediately, all you need is a current VCOA membership card and “A” pin certificate to purchase or order your new Volvo at nearly any Volvo retailer. See the attached document for provisions and instructions. Now if that isn’t enough ammunition to convince someone to join the club, I don’t know what is.
