1973 Volvo 142 owner from the flatland Holland, Jan Nystrom made it possible for me to pose my car and luggagecar, made from the rear of a volvo 142, 1973, in the Rolling issue of November/December.
I and my family were very thrilled to be a part of such a nice magazine.
Now that i became a member of VCOA, the gap between our country and the USA is a lot narrower.
Thanks for letting in international Volvo lovers.

Welcome to the Forum, David.

Nice rig - does the luggagecar have a canopy?

Holland - hmmmmm - oh, yeah, just remembered - V44 comes to the USA...

...what a trip, indeed.

And the gap gets smaller yet.

Hello Mr Dill,

No Canopy, just a wooden lid/cover is closing off the car.
I'll try to find a picture wich shows an open car.

Hello David,

Welcome to the VCOA!

What fun! The article about you in Rolling made me want to do that with an 1800 rear end. Hmmm, that's worth considering.

Cheers!

If we ever thaw out here in Utah, I'll have to start scouring the junk yards for a candidate.

Thanks for the idea!
