Picked this up for next to nothing 2 weeks ago. She has been sitting for almost 2 years, a fuel pump relay and a battery- drove it home! Lovin the 2-car though, haven't had one in a while. Don't really know how or why I keep falling into wagons here lately. Bought a S90 yesterday for the national meet, hopefully I can get some pictures up of it soon.

Sweet home, Alabama...

Volvos everywhere - do you also have a company Benz to drive?

Those 240 wheels on eBay would buy two more barn-find 245s.

S90 to St. Louis for the 2012 VCOA National Meet - by youself?

This wagon has an unbroken pax-side door pocket? Rare!

Does the AC cool?

I did not know that the Corona wheels were that popular. The center caps are loose and very noisy.

I actually just left the Benz dealer last week. I went back home to the Volvo dealership. We got some new management, they are remodeling the shop, and lots of other little things. Hopefully, it's going to be a much better place to work.

I am going to drive the V70 AWD, in the background of the first picture, and my wife and rest of the fam are going to be in the S90. My Father-in-law, sister-in-law, wife, son, and daughter are going to the meet.

I got the glovebox lock fixed, a good stage 0 tune, valve cover/ intake/ exhaust gaskets, rear main seal, diff service, new wiper motor, brake master cylinder, brake proportioning valve, 16 miles of vacuum hose, corner lens, headlamp lens, tail lamp lens, and a whole bunch of other minor crap done this week. As for the AC, I gotta find an R12 machine here in Huntsville to get it going. I don't think the R134a conversions work very good on the 4 door much less a wagon or in the muggy Southeastern weather.

This is a picture from the old house before we moved. 98 V70 AWD, 97 850R, 96 850 Platinum, 95 850 NA, 67 122s. Most of those cars are gone now though. But yes, Volvos everywhere. My wife says that exact phrase ALL the time.
