There is a tutorial available under the menu Community/Tutorials/Classified Ad Tutorial that details image size requirements and limitations of the Classified Ad area.
To summarize, image specs are: Size requirements are a maximum 200KB file size and 900 pixels max per side. Which means you could use an image 900px X 900px or 600px X 900px or 900px X 400px. No side can be larger than 900px and the file size must be under 200KB.
If you do not have access to an image processor such as Photoshop, we have provided a link to Pixlr Express under the Community/Image Editor menu buttons where you can upload, resize and save your images for import in the Classified Ads.
There is an issue with placing a period in the title of an ad.
If your ad title is something like "2002 Volvo XC70 3.2 AWD", then it is possible that when the system converts the title, the period between the 3 and 2 causes the issue. The quick fix is to simply remove the reference to the engine size (3.2) and place that in the description of the ad.
