VCOA Special Guest – in Person
He was born in Russia, spent time in Germany, inventing pumps, fled to the US with family splitting time between the glamor of Hollywood and Bartlesville OK – where the oil was!. He built the Hallet raceway in the middle of nowhere outside Tulsa to practice his passion of auto racing; ran several Cannonballs Baker runs; was SCCA national champion; ran with the likes of Phil Hill, Richie Ginther, Dan Gurney; had interests in Ferrari, Volvo, Ford, Saab, Saturn, BMW, Mazda and Sterling shops; story teller; author; roadside good Samaritan loosing his leg in the process.
His name Anatoly Arutunoff or Toly for short. We’re honored that he’ll be joining us to share some of his incredible experiences and stories. You can read more about Toly at:

Also happening in Tulsa Oct 19-22 is the Linde Oktoberfest Tulsa celebrating the authentic Bavarian culture in the heart of Oklahoma, and presenting an incredible setting patterned after Oktoberfest Munich in Bavaria, Germany. Not into cars, experience the bratwurst, German beers, Bavarian cheesecake, great music at one place at the new River West Festival Park with 40,000 square feet of new tents, stages and more.
